Hello everybody.
I have 9 days off. But today and May 6th I have to go my office because of meeting.
I have only one plan in this week. It is playing golf with my coleagues. But I want to go hot spring, so I may make plan to go hot spring with my wife from now.
Steve,do you like table tennis? In my school days, I used to go to play table tennis with my friend. And after entering my company I used to play table tennis with my now wife.
Recently I don't play it but play golf.
To all of members in this circle, have a good holiday.

Hello everybody and welcom Steve.

Steve, you are having job that related english. I used be using english for work, but these 15 years, not using.
At this moment, I need english ability only to read manuals therefore, I'm envy the situation of Yamasan.

Originally, my company's holiday was same as calender date. However, my section need constraction of communication facility, only my section added two days more, so I having 9 days holiday. For this reason, March and May, I have to go office on saturday.

Kiki, your born at Nishinomiya? I lived at Komatsu-Minami Chyou Nishinomiya from end of 3rd grade of junior-high to graduate of high school. I was graduate Naruo high school.

When I joined high school, I still don't know that area. One day, somebody proposed to go hiking. They said to assemble at Nishinomiya-Kitaguchi. Unfortunately or fortunately, that day was rained and hiking was cancelled. It that day was fine, I may be waiting friends at North entrance of Nishinomiya station and no body come. Kiki, may be you understand the meaning.

I'm very grad to see both of comments. These comments make me bright.

At the biginning, let me check my fault, the subject,“everuone" should be “everyone". I'm not good at touch typing. let me correct it.

Next, Japanese horiday season, it is called Golden Week in Japanese has come, how do you do next week. Do you have any plan? I am going to play table tennis, my cousin visit my house, and go to Mituzawa Stadium to watch succer.

I like to stay home, and hope to enjoy the time going.
Usually, I go to work place and back to home. I repeat this patern everyday and everyweek.


I hope to do what I can not do in daily life.

My situation is very similar with you.
When some visitors come from forigen country, I have to take a communication with them used by English. But I cannot to do that. So I want to become to be able to taka a communication in English.

I agree with you that we Japanese have few chances to use English in Japan.
I also want the chances to speak English ;)

I believe that the only way to improve my English is using it more frequently.

I am Steve. I feel difficulty about English. I have a quite few chance to use English. Otherwise, I can not use English as I want or freely. I worry about it.


I look for a chance to use English. I am a part of Public Relations of telecommunication firm's Laboratory. This position brings me to reply custommer's comments in English. However, it's a very few. it happens once a month or week.

At my job place, nobody speak English.　 Several kinds of Japanese flies on my head, I worry about this condition!


How do you improve or keep up English?
Please give me your idea.

Good evening Kiki, Yamasan.
I'm just back from Nagahama Shiga-Prif. for business trip. I was staied there three nights. On this trip, I had trabble. I couldn't reserve hotel. I contacted several famous hotels, but all full house. Finally, I contacted unknown hotel, which on the hotel list, then I could reserve hotel. However, this hotel is not good hotel. No toilte and bath in the room, toilet smell lot. Rain came in the room. I told the name of hotel to taxi driver, then taxi driver said "Hard to reserve hotel?". May be normally, no one stay this kind of hotel. I have to visit there next week too.

By the way, you moved to Osaka, Kiki. Once I was lived in Nishinomiya and I have experienced to stand on the Hanshin Nishinomiya Studium near first base. .......Not by High school base ball but High School athretic meet.

Oh, here is also my husband's hometown!
All of my parents and my husband's parents live near here, in about 40 minutes drive.

But Fukushima is so far from Kumamoto.
