Hi Marsy. You will move to Arizona. I didn’t know the location, so I checked. Tx to Az is very far isn’t it. One state is between Tx and Az. You change the school or graduate school and start to work? Oh! U.S. graduate season is Sept. So I don’t understand.

Yes, moving is good chance to trough away needless things. However, I many times bring junks to new place because I have no time to select things.

I just back from Nagahama again. I planned to stay at Nagahama till Friday, but system not worked. Then I have to re-make system and have to bring it next week again.

As I'm moving to Arizona in the middle of August this year, I've already started packing some stuff and realized that I was surrounded by a bunch of junks & trashes for the past 2 and half years!!!..........Yes, I admmitt that I'm not good at throwing old things away. I just keep papers, letters etc. for no reason. For this moving, I really have to clean most of my belongings even some funitures and clothes. Sigh, I hate moving, but I have to do it.

Today, here Ibaraki is rain. Therefore, I can not do anything even weed a garden.

I'll going to Nagahama this afternoon and planned to back Ibaraki on Friday.
Of cource, today is holiday, but Nagahama people required to start test from 8:00 o'clock in the monday morning. No way! I have to obay them. No extra payment for Sunday.

I hope this test will success and need no more to go Nagahama.

Good morning every body.

In Japan, many people admire even bi linguists, multi linguists are rare in Japan, however, in the other countries, there are many. I met one person at Holland he speaks several language. At least he speaks Dutch, English and French.
Especially in Europe, their language are similar. I couldn’t distinguished between Dutch and German.

Short real story. Once one person come from Hong Kong. One Japanese met with him. This Japanese stayed U.S. many years, so he understands English. However, he couldn’t communicate with this Hong Kong people. This Japanese called me and I translate Hong Kong English to Japanese. I could understand Hong Kong English, Singlish, Taiwan English, but hard to understand Indian English.

Talking about Indian English, do you have any Indian friend? Talking with Indian, feeling strange. They said “yes” with turning head, and “no” with nod. Completely up side down with us.

Comment allez-vous? J'ai etudie la francaise un peu....better speaking in English for me..phew!! I took a beginning French class last semester, but I already forgot pretty much all of them. American people think that learning French is easier than learning any other languages, for example German, because English and French are both Romantic languages. Too me, no matter what language it is and what origin the lamguage is come from, it's still hard to learn one language to the point that at least you can communicate freely and be able to spell words with no mistake. I still need to take 2 more French language relating courses this summer before moving to Arizona. It's a class for how to translate English-French. Marsy, I envy the situation of U.S. I know only few people back to school after retired. I want to learn more but I have no time and no mony for that. After retired, may be I have no spirit for that.

Next week, I may be visit to Nagahama again to join my system with automatic assembly line. I hope no trouble occurr any more or I can not back to home.

Welcome back Karl:-) It's strange that more I get old, I feel that I want to study more than before. All the textbook kind of knowledge that I was forced to study when I was a child have become so much interesting and meaningful in my everyday life. The great thing about living in the U.S. is that people can go back to college to study at any age. I've seen 70+years old man studying in a college class with bunch of 20-some years old students before. There's a good, welcoming atmosphere for people of all ages in this country. How about in Japan ? Do retired people go back to college and study for fun??

Geed eveing everybody. This time, my stay at Nagahama is two nights. At this moment, Nagahama is boom of something Kazutoyo, which may be on the NHK VT drama. I'm not good at drama, but many people may be visited at Nagahama. Therefore, it is very hard to reserve hotels. So, I could not reserve good hotel and have to stayed at chap derty hotel.

Luminaria and Marsy, you are stadying now. I want be back the student days. I didn't study at my school age so if I can back to that age, I want learn more.

At this moment, I need some knowledge for my job, but sometimes I havn't because I didn't study it.
