Trouble in Travel or Travel is a Trouble?

HoladesdeTui,Espana,butjustlittleacrosstheborderofPortugal.Ithassuch"nointe

Hola desde Tui, Espana, but just little across the border of Portugal.

It has such "no internet" environment in Northern Portugal days. Sunday in Porto, internet cafe closed earlier, so I could not check anything on internet, and for a day cruise of the Douro and a day trip to Ponte de Lima / Ponte de Barca took until nearly 21:00PM, so all internet shops were closed. And, this morning, I finally across the border with a small train. Finally, I am able to use free PC to check anything on internet!

Well, travelling is a trouble is my brief. My main VISA card information was stolen somewhere, and illegary used in Dominican Republic, so card issed company had locked my card. Now, I cannnot use my main card, and nevertheless I cannnot remember what is a 4 digit number of my sub-card. For the good thing, I have enough cash but it is expensive EURO. I wish I could have used my card to pay anything, since EURO : Yen = 102-103 yen, sigh...........!

And, second trouble, this was over last night fortunatelly, but I could not find a direct bus on the way back from Ponte de Barca to Viana do Castelo. So, I found a bus comming, and it was destinated to Braga, so I was enrouted to Braga to Viana do Castelo. For a nice thing, it took extra 2 hours went back to Viana. For a bad thing, I do not need to visit Braga for a future sightseeing purpose, since there would be Bon Jesus (famous religious place, but visited for my first trip to Portugal).

During my several days stay in Portugal, I had a hard time listening to what Portuguesa telling me? I can catch Spanish, but due to huge pronunciation difference, although Portugese can undestand what I say, I cannot understand what they answer to me at all. And, only a few speak in English in Northern Portugal.

It has beey such a nice day, and I got red-suntanned again, sigh.

Ahhhhh, Onei-sama, no one would try to kill me during a trip! And, wine is so cheap but nice here in this region.

「Re:Re:Trouble in Travel or Travel is a Trouble?」
Hola, todos!

Onei-sama, I am returning to Vigo on Saturday afternoon, just because I just remember that SUNDAYS everywhere will be closed, even this internet cafe. And, Saturday bus schedule has been already been dicreased. Thus, I skipped stopover in Santiago de Compostela, but directly back to Vigo from Noia.

And, many restrants will be closed on Sundays, so I just had dozen Ostras (oisters) and 3 Cigalas for my Mariscos dinner. When mariscos restrants will be opened on Mondays, but I cannnot have dozen oisters just before getting on board back to Japan. Siberia is such a huge area to across without doctors. It is better to have something cooked just before going to the airport.

Well, I have been watching my main VISA card usage in front of me all the time, so I have no idea where my card information had stolen. My sub card did not work in Portugal, but it started to work normally in Espana. So, I am using that card to pay as much as I can due to expensive Yen value against Euro at this moment.

In Japan, having weekends is normal for doing something, but European customs would not work at all here. I need to finish up everything on Saturday, which means today! Tomorrow, I would just go on Marina in front of my hotel to have cafe con leche and looking over Vigo Port, just resting myself after busy days in Portugal and roundtrip to Noia from Tui.

>バス路線も複雑な土地で言葉もできない私は途方にくれて、英語で大声あげて嫌われるでしょうね。

When planning this trip, I was looing into Northern Portugal map really closely. This helped me a lot, when I could not find a bus back to Viana do Castelo, which bus/enroute should I take if I want to return within that day! Of course, I wish information had told me the current bus schedule and where should I wait, sigh. Many were saying no to me when I wanted to ask something in detail in English, but my Spanish is not enough to do so. Eventually, I needed to use my basic level of Spanish to communicate. What a problem was that, even Portugesa explained to me to answer to my inquiry in Spanish, I cannnot understand their Portuguse pronunciation.....

>日焼した白熊は、アメリカのブラウンベアになったのか...

I would rather say my skin turned in Red Bear........

Hope it would be possible to check over just before my departure on Monday. However, why everywhere closed on Sundays in this country???
